1. About Gustavsson, Tobias

The company has its registered office in Gothenburg. Its postal address is Bankogatan 10 C, 414 80 Göteborg.

2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details of the products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is a mistake in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail to info@tgustavsson.com.

3. Delivery 

Normal delivery time is 5-7 working days. NOTE! Orders placed on the weekend are sent early on the following Monday.

If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us by email at info@tgustavsson.com.

4. Prices

All prices in the shop are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in the price due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received the goods you have ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal

You must notify your change of mind. The message should be sent to info@tgustavsson.com. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the goods to be returned.

You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

You are responsible for return shipping and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must be returned in its original packaging and well packaged.

We reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement amount a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in case of a used or damaged product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially ordered or specially manufactured for you as a customer. The rule on the right of withdrawal in the law on consumer protection in distance contracts and home sales contracts does not apply.

6. Complaints and grievances

All products are checked before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or mis-shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.

6.1 What is your complaint procedure?

Any faults and defects should always be reported to info@tgustavsson.com, stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the fault.

If we are unable to rectify the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We will pay for return shipping in case of valid complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

7. limitation of liability

We are not responsible for any indirect damage that may occur due to the product.

We do not accept any liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can for example be labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from the supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to the products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8 Product information

We reserve the right to make any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
